Binarywaves Solutions - Project Manager - Manufacturing Technology

- BWS is looking for a Delivery Manager with strong technical and manufacturing domain experience to lead the delivery of software and digital solutions for manufacturing customers.What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of manufacturing software projects from requirements to deployment.

- Lead BA, Manufacturing SME, Technical Lead, Developers and QA teams.

- Work closely with customers, plant teams and business stakeholders.

- Drive project planning, architecture discussions, development, testing, UAT and go-live.

- Ensure technical requirements, dependencies, quality and timelines are effectively managed.

- Work with Technical Leads to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.

- Identify delivery risks, resolve issues and manage scope and customer expectations.

Build strong and repeatable software delivery processes and engineering practices.

Technical & Domain Experience - Strong understanding of:Software Development Lifecycle | Web Applications | APIs | Microservices | Cloud | Databases | System Integration | Agile | DevOpsalong with manufacturing technologies such as:MES | IIoT | Industry 4.0 | OEE | Shop-floor Digitisation | ERP-MES Integration | Manufacturing Analytics | AIWhat We Look For

- 10+ years in software development / technology delivery.

- Proven experience managing complex software projects and technical teams.

- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to engage with architects and developers.

- Hands-on experience delivering manufacturing digital solutions.

- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate manufacturing problems into technology solutions.

- Manufacturing experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Industrial Manufacturing is preferred.

- Not a Generic IT Delivery Role : We need someone who can understand the manufacturing problem, challenge the solution, work with the technical team and own delivery end-to-end.Manufacturing + Technology + Delivery = the ideal profile.
