We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong manufacturing project experience to work with manufacturing clients on Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Automation solutions.

What we're looking for:

- 6 - 8 years of mandatory manufacturing project experience

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations

- Experience in Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Automation

- Exposure to MES, MOM, ERP, Shopfloor Automation and IIoT

- Understanding of ERP - MES integration, machine data and IT - OT integration

- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis and functional documentation

- Strong experience in project documentation and maintaining project - related documents throughout the project lifecycle

- Ability to prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications and other project documentation

- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, functional requirements, change requests and solution requirements clearly

- Ensure documentation is accurate, structured and aligned with project requirements

- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions

- Experience working directly with manufacturing clients and technical teams

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Must be based in Chennai
