- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive sales .. In this role, you will engage with customers across North America, understand their business needs, and offer tailored technology solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage customers over the phone to understand requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Sell, upsell, and cross-sell hardware, software, and IT service solutions to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

- Deliver high-quality customer interactions with professionalism and confidence.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.

- Stay updated with industry trends, product offerings, and competitive insights.

- Adhere to quality, compliance, and process standards during all customer communications.

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling (technology sales preferred).

- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask effectively (typing while engaging with customers).
