Your Role and beyond:
- We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for our suite of enterprise SaaS products - spanning AI, Conversational AI, Logistics IoT, Enterprise Automation, Analytics, TaxTech, Insurtech As a PMM, you'll translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric business value stories that resonate with decision-makers and drive adoption.
- Your work will directly influence product revenue, market perception, and go-to-market success.
What You'll Do:
- Own product positioning: Craft differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for each product and target segment.
- Translate features into value: Turn product capabilities into compelling customer success stories, use cases, and ROI narratives that demonstrate business impact.
- Lead GTM strategy: Plan and execute product and feature launches with measurable outcomes - from awareness to revenue growth.
- Commercial Strategy: Define pricing, packaging, and channels.
- Drive revenue impact: Build and execute GTM campaigns that contribute to direct and influenced product revenue.
- Enable the sales and Post-sales internal teams: Create playbooks, pitch decks persona-wise that help Sales close faster and smarter.
- Be the market voice: Conduct competitiveness and market analysis to identify opportunities and sharpen product positioning.
- Measure and optimize: Track adoption, GTM ROI, and pipeline performance across all product lines.
What We're Looking For:
- Atleast 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or GTM within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise software products.
- Strong ability to translate technical features into business impact stories that influence buyers.
- Experience across AI, Automation, IoT and Logistics, Analytics, or FinTech/Insurtech domains preferred.
- Excellent storytelling, analytical, and collaboration skills.
