Backed by prominent investors such as Waterbridge, Blume, Arali, and Eximus, we currently serve over 2,000 companies, including notable names like BSNL, Daikin, Clevertap, etc. About the Role: As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you'll be the go-to person making sure the CEO's big ideas turn into reality. From managing key projects to solving day-to-day challenges, you'll keep the executive gears turning smoothly. We're looking for a doer who can transform plans into action. What You Will Do: Strategic Support: -Partner with the CEO to drive goal-setting and strategic planning. -Develop and refine our growth roadmap, aligning with company objectives. -Help institutionalize people management practices and optimize the organizational structure. Insight and Analysis: -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our strategies. -Extract key insights from business drivers, industry trends, and operational metrics. -Quickly grasp complex project contexts and develop prioritized action plans. Project Management: -Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion. -Coordinate with different departments like growth, risks, and engineering to push projects forward. -Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to the CEO and executive team. Operational Efficiency: -Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle communications. -Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and taking detailed notes. Team Collaboration: -Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment. -Support teams in achieving their goals by providing the necessary resources and guidance. Special Initiatives: Take on ad-hoc projects assigned by the CEO, including fundraising and investor relations. Lead the development of investor decks and materials for key conferences and meetings. Culture and Values: Be a champion of the company's culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Encourage cross-functional communication and collaboration to build a cohesive team. What You Will Need: -Graduation/PG from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIM preferred). -At least 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-energy field. -Exceptional organizational and communication skills. -Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound business judgment. -Proven track record of working well with technical, business, and sales teams. -A team player attitude with a passion for creating a great work culture.
