Dy. General Manager- Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exploratory Data Analysis Projects (Internal Data & Market Research), and scrutinize data to recognize and identify patterns. Develop and maintain databases and data systems - reorganize data in a readable format as per business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure the integrity of business data by filtering and reviewing reports, removing corrupt data, and identifying business performance indicators.
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data and create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations. Use Data modelling techniques to summarize the analysis.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets (Production data, Product data, Customer data, Market data etc.) that could be helpful for the diagnosis and predictions. Thus, enabling the Management to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions to assess and compare business performance over periods.
- Track and analyse local, national, and global trends that impact the organization and the industry.
- Gather and analyse competition data and benchmark to improve business processes, product offerings, etc.
- Coordinate with IT, Process Engineers, Functional Heads and Regional Offices to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Develop E-Commerce sales vertical based on data analysis
- Integrate ERP on a real-time basis with the Markets - Dealer Portal, Websites, App-based solutions, etc.

- Very good understanding of markets and trends.
- Exceptionally skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and other BI tools.
- Very good skill in analyzing data and summarizing to make meaning out of it.
