What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst in a consumer mobile app environment
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python/ R, advanced MS Excel/ Google Sheets
- Tools Expertise: Mixpanel/ Amplitude/ Posthog and Metabase (or other BI tools)
- High level of ownership, and agency, i.e., should be able to drive Analytics independently as the only person in the team initially
- Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments (startups or high-growth teams preferred)
Non-Negotiables: At least 2 years' experience in consumer mobile apps
What the Product Analyst will do:
- Build event-tracking frameworks (instrumentation, testing, deployment with dev teams)
- Create real-time dashboards to democratize data access across Tech, Product, and Growth
- Define KPIs, measure product performance, and identify optimization opportunities
- Execute data-driven growth experiments (e.g., user funnel optimization, retention strategies)
- Deliver MIS reports for leadership and investors on a regular cadence
