We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on App Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition, optimizing our presence in the app stores, and scaling our mobile footprint across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid User Acquisition: Strategize, execute, and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and specialized SDK networks (e.g., Unity, IronSource, AppLovin).

- App Store Optimization (ASO): Own the ASO strategy to improve organic visibility and conversion rates. This includes keyword research, A/B testing creative assets (icons, screenshots, video), and managing app store metadata.

- Data Analysis & Attribution: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Retention. Use Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch to track the user journey.

- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the design team to develop high-performing ad creatives. Use data insights to iterate on video ads, playables, and static banners to reduce fatigue and improve CTR.

- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize monthly budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and scale. Constantly experiment with new channels and targeting strategies to find "blue ocean" opportunities.

- Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure deep-linking, event tracking, and SDK integrations are functioning perfectly.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years exclusively focused on Mobile App Growth.

- Toolbox: Expert-level knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and App Store Connect/Google Play Console.

- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with large datasets and can turn raw numbers into actionable growth strategies. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must; SQL knowledge is a major plus.

- Test-and-Learn Culture: Experience running rigorous A/B tests for both creatives and landing pages/store listings.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Retargeting/Re-engagement campaigns to drive MAU/DAU.

- Understanding of Influencer Marketing as a performance channel for app installs.
