Job Location: Pune Experience - 14-17 years Required Skill - Billing, invoicing, O2C, order management, contract management, T&M. Role & Responsibility : - Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customers. - Ensures current billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations. - Manages the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and errors. - Additional responsibility: can be responsible for collections. - Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. - Has full authority for personnel actions. Technical Requirements : - Typically requires MBA or bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent. - Typically requires 14 to 17 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - 5+ years supervisory experience may be required. - Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications. - Accounting Software - Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities anddeadlines simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and follow up skills. - Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary. - Proven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skills. - Ability to manage from the big picture as well as dig into the details when needed. - Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information. - Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
