About the Role
Provider Passport is seeking a skilled and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives and elevate our brand presence. This role demands a creative thinker with exceptional writing abilities, strong project management skills, and a data-driven mindset. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and distributing high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels to drive inbound demand, build brand authority, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop, own, and execute the content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Create a detailed editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Conduct content gap analysis and propose initiatives to strengthen our digital presence.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce a variety of content formats including blog articles, white papers, eBooks, guides, landing pages, case studies, infographics, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Translate complex product and service information into accessible, engaging, and impactful messaging tailored to our target audience.
- Manage and elevate the companys social media presence across platforms to increase engagement, reach, and brand authority.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
Collaboration & Research
- Work closely with product managers, sales teams, designers, and subject matter experts to gather insights and create compelling narratives.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to inform content creation.
- Stay updated with emerging content marketing practices, SEO strategies, and digital tools to enhance effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, lead generation, and conversions.
- Use insights and analytics to continuously refine the content strategy for better results.
- Experiment with content formats, messaging, and distribution channels to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in content marketing and social media management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment (B2B Healthcare experience is advantageous).
- MBA in marketing in required
- Writing Expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and attention to detail.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in managing corporate social media accounts and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity (without relying on AI to write content).
- Market Understanding: Experience in creating content for the U.S. market.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and aligning with U.S. time zones.
