Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

About Us:

BIK + Manifest AI is replacing the entire marketing, retention, and support stack for e-commerce brands with its AI-first CRM.

We are a Series A company, growing 3X YoY, and are looking for an FP&A Lead to bring rigor, insight, and strategic foresight into how we scale and help us make faster, smarter decisions.

What You'll Own:

Financial Modeling & Forecasting:

- Build and maintain rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual)

- Create scenario models to support hiring plans, GTM expansion, and investor discussions

Key SaaS Metric Ownership:

- Own and report metrics like NDR, Quick Ratio, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, Burn Multiple, Revenue Efficiency

- Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product & Finance to maintain data integrity

Investor & Board Reporting:

- Support fundraising process with data rooms, board packs, and investor updates

- Prepare cohort analyses, budget-to-actual reports, and growth plans

Strategic Finance Support:

- Analyze GTM investments and support decision-making on hiring, channel bets, and new market entries

- Assist in budgeting cycles, cost control, and planning across functions

What We're Looking For:

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Operations within a fast-growing SaaS startup

- Strong grasp of SaaS financial principles and metrics, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively

- Proven expertise in financial modeling advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential

- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and craft compelling financial narratives

- Prior exposure to fundraising processes or working closely with leadership and board stakeholders is a significant advantage

- Bonus: Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Mosaic, Cube, or similar platforms
