Key Responsibilities:
- Own gross margin P&L for Men's Western Wear across all darkstores.
- Define sourcing strategy aligned to market demand.
- Onboard and manage factory relationships; ensure timely dispatch.
- Lead distributed buyer teams and drive demand-aligned assortment planning.
Key Activities:
- Travel across sourcing hubs - Tirupur, Ludhiana, Surat, Delhi NCR, Kolkata.
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with manufacturers.
- Track SKU performance and reduce dead stock.
- Coach buyer teams on sourcing excellence and margin discipline.
- Coordinate with ops for efficient order fulfillment.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years in men's apparel sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, construction, and pricing.
- Established supplier network across key clusters.
- Analytical, operationally sharp, high-ownership mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, travel-heavy role.
