1) The candidate should have previous startup experience in retention role. 2) He/she will own Conversion KPI of the App, should be able to solve for Discovery of the user also. 3) Well versed with applying segmentation to generate higher conversion via app 4) Optimizing the all channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met. 5) Periodic reporting to management on performance of campaigns 6) Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings 7) Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI. 8) Should be aware of DAU/MAU ratio.
