Role Description:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee our stock market operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of tasks.


Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stock market professionals to achieve performance targets.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.


Performance Monitoring:


- Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members.

- Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.


Training and Development:


- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Stay updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

- Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.


Reporting and Documentation:


- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.

- Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.

- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.


Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.


Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.


Required Skills & Qualification:


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Outbound sales process, stock market, BPO or financial services industry.

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent understanding of stock market operations and financial instruments.

- Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
