- It requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with key clients.
- The Dealing Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory adherence.
Certification - NISM Series VIII certification is required.
Responsibilities:
- Reactivation Goals: Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.
- Client Retention: Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Drive team performance goals through effective leadership.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team.
- Compliance Enforcement: Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.
- High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement: Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.
- Innovation in Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation/Post-graduation in any stream.
- Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills
