About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Team Leader to spearhead sales operations within our Logistics and Courier division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and revenue generation. This leadership role demands a strategic mindset paired with hands-on expertise in managing sales processes, nurturing client relationships, and driving team performance to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development initiatives and foster strong relationship management to maximize client retention and referral leads.

- Oversee account management activities with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless business execution and customer satisfaction.

- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance benchmarks and guiding them towards achieving targets.

- Proactively follow up on invoice payments, shipment closures, and reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Banking or Financial services industry with exposure to client servicing and sales.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.

- Prior experience or familiarity with e-commerce logistics is highly preferred, offering valuable insight into industry dynamics.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead teams towards consistent achievement of business objectives.
