Bigshare - Assistant General Manager - IPO Commission & Brokerage

Responsibilities and Duties

- Liaise and coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and Syndicate Broker teams for brokerage and commission calculations.

- Ensure smooth processing of brokerage calculations by coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Banks.

- Handle and resolve brokerage and commission-related queries from brokers and banks.

- Implement regulatory changes issued by SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories in internal applications and processes.

- Work under strict timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.

- Apply strong analytical and numerical skills to manage large data sets and complex calculations.

- Possess good understanding of primary and secondary capital market products (preferred).

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Job Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

Preferred Industry: Financial Services (DP, Broking, RTA, or Merchant Banking)
