
About the Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch of our Analytics SaaS platform and drive experience improvements across our ERP ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of data, design, and technology - building intuitive analytics experiences, simplifying ERP workflows, and enabling better decision-making for all stakeholders. If you're passionate about data products, UX excellence, and impact-driven product execution, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end launch of the Analytics SaaS product - from discovery to GTM and adoption.
- Define product roadmap, success metrics, and value propositions across user segments.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to build powerful yet simple dashboards and insights modules.
- Map stakeholder journeys across ERP (operations, procurement, finance, sales) and drive UX simplification.
- Use analytics to measure engagement, adoption, and user satisfaction - and iterate rapidly.
- Champion data-informed decision-making and collaborate with leadership to prioritize impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, Analytics, or ERP domains.
- Proven success in launching or scaling analytics / data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of UX design, wireframing, and user research, with hands-on experience using tools like Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq
- Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience working with ERP or workflow platforms (CRM, inventory, finance modules, etc.) is a plus.
- Bonus: Exposure to agri-tech, manufacturing, or B2B e-commerce platforms.
