Description:


Role will involve:

- Managing business development team across Bangalore with the sole objective of building.

- efficiencies and achieving annual targets set by the company.

- Grooming the Business Development Managers & Senior Managers, and setting up a scalable Sales infrastructure which will take Bangalore & South region to the next level in terms of both revenue and scalability.

- Managing large National Key accounts and ensuring participation in pitches, and meetings to close business with key decision makers across various sectors.

- Managing and building pipelines & assisting in effective closures.

- To motivate, Inspire and drive teams to achieve their personal targets ( This role will involve leading by example).

- Mentoring the team on cold calling, presentations, pitches, and helping them achieve required impact among key decision makers ( Marketing Heads/Brand Heads/Category Heads).

- An eye for detail and a solid understanding of the diverse range of marketing strategies across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durable sectors.

- Being responsible for an aggressive top line target and also being a part of new product innovation.

- Work closely with the teams within the organization to run the complete sales cycle and build a strong knowledge sharing practice.
