
1. HRMS Strategy:
- Lead the organizations HRMS strategy, ensuring seamless feature implementation, enhancement, and governance of HR technology platforms.
2. Digital Transformation:
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives across core HR functions, including payroll, attendance, performance management, employee lifecycle, and workforce analytics.
3. Stakeholder Alignment:
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leadership to align HRMS capabilities with organizational goals and operational requirements.
4. Implementation & Vendor Management:
- Oversee HRMS implementations, system upgrades, integrations, and vendor management to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
5. Data Integrity & Compliance:
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, system security, and accurate MIS reporting across all HR platforms.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
7. Analytics & Insights:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and insights to support strategic workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
8. System Performance:
- Monitor system performance, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure a seamless end-user experience.
9. Change Management:
- Lead user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize HRMS utilization across the organization.
10. Innovation:
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
11. Data Confidentiality:
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance of employee data in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
12. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor teams supporting HR operations, HR analytics, HR technology, and business-facing HRMS initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HRMS, HR technology, or digital HR transformation roles.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in HR, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong understanding of HRMS architecture, HR processes, system integrations, and HR analytics.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale HR technology initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership in handling employee and organizational data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
