
What would you be doing?
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with Product & Engineering leaders to align people strategy with product roadmap and business goals.
- Drive workforce planning, org design, and team structuring to support scaling and innovation.
- Provide insights using HR analytics (attrition, productivity, engagement, hiring velocity).
Talent & Performance Management
- Lead performance management cycles including goal setting (OKRs), quarterly reviews, , calibration, and feedback processes.
- Coach managers on performance improvement, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Talent mapping for all the Tech functions and facilitate succession planning and internal mobility frameworks for critical tech roles.
Talent Acquisition Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies for niche technical roles.
- Ensure high-quality hiring with strong culture and product mindset alignment.
- Monitor hiring metrics and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a strong product-first, innovation-driven culture.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps in engineering and product teams.
- Drive capability-building initiatives in areas such as architecture, leadership, and emerging technologies.
- Support career frameworks for IC (Individual Contributor) and managerial tracks.
Change & Transformation
- Support product pivots, scaling initiatives, and cross-functional restructuring.
- Lead change management initiatives aligned with business growth.
Who are we looking for?
- An MBA/PGDM with 6-12 years of overall HR experience, with minimum 4 years of proven track record of partnering with Tech teams in a Consumer-Tech companies.
- Strong understanding of engineering, software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum environments and product charters.
- Experience in scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong data orientation and ability to translate HR metrics into business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
