Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Analytics & Insights

- Own large-scale HR data analysis across workforce planning, hiring, productivity, attrition, engagement, and cost metrics.

- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting frameworks (monthly/quarterly reviews).

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Ensure data integrity and standardization across HR data and reporting.

2. Program Management

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of key HR initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, capability building, performance cycles, organization redesign, automation projects etc.)

- Define milestones, timelines, stakeholder communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive review cadences and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, HR Operations) and Business HR teams.

- Act as a bridge between HR and various business critical functions.

4. Governance & Process Excellence

- Establish SOPs and standard operating frameworks for HR programs.

- Create trackers and performance scorecards for ongoing initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in reporting automation and efficiency.

Key Deliverables

- HR dashboards and analytics

- Monthly & quarterly workforce analytics reports

- Program review decks for leadership forums

- Forecasting and scenario planning models

- Structured governance frameworks for HR initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

- 2-6 years of experience in HR analytics, program management.

- Ability to manage large volume of data across multiple sources.

- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced), power point and BI tools.

- Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of HR metrics and people analytics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
