About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a solid understanding of product development (preferably in the aviation industry).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
Mode: In-office preferred (Noida), Remote can be considered.
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and Manage the Product Backlog.
- Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog).
- Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs.
- Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on.
- Communicate the Product Vision.
- Clearly explain the products purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters.
- Manage Stakeholders.
- Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team.
- Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders.
- Ensure Value Delivery.
- Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users.
- Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in product development or product ownership.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from idea to delivery.
- Preferably experience in the aviation industry or related domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and make decisions that align with business objectives.
- Comfortable working with international teams, especially in the UK time zone.
