
Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.
- This role is ideal for an individual with 4-6 years of experience in product management, a strong track record of launching and scaling successful products, and a mandatory MBA degree.
- The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and an excellent cross-functional leader capable of driving the product vision from concept to launch and growth.
- This role involves significant P&L responsibility and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives, leveraging strong business acumen developed through an MBA.
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities, pain points, and unmet needs.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product requirements.
Product Development & Execution:
- Own the product life cycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Write detailed Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design (UX/UI), and Data Science teams in an agile environment to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
Business Acumen & Performance:
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (e. , adoption, engagement, retention, LTV, CAC).
- Own the business case for new features and products, including financial modeling and forecasting, demonstrating strong financial literacy from an MBA background.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and execute successful GTM plans, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary product expert and evangelist.
- Effectively communicate product updates, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in Product Management.
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum), web and mobile technologies, and data analysis tools ( SQL, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete product strategies and roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills for executive-level audiences
