We are seeking a highly experienced CFO to oversee all financial operations of the firm and its funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our growth objectives.

Position Overview:

- The CFO will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for all aspects of fund and management company financial operations.

- This includes fund accounting, fund administration, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, investor reporting, and internal financial management.

- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of private equity fund structures, U.S. GAAP, partnership accounting, and fund lifecycle operations-from fundraising to exit distributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund-Level Responsibilities:

- Oversee all fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations in accordance with partnership agreements.

- Manage relationships with third-party fund administrator (if applicable) and banking partners.

- Coordinate quarterly and annual fund financial statements, including fair value reporting under ASC 820.

- Oversee fund-level tax planning, compliance, and filings, working closely with external tax

- Ensure adherence to LP agreements, SEC regulations (if applicable), and other compliance requirements.

Management Company Responsibilities:

- Manage all corporate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for the management company.

- Oversee cash management, expense control, and working capital planning.

- Prepare and present regular financial performance reports to the Managing Partners.

Investor & Compliance Responsibilities

- Oversee quarterly and annual investor reporting packages.
