About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Biddable Performance Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through expertly managing and optimizing our paid media channels.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on strategy, execution, and analysis across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive biddable media strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads (Paid Search), Meta (Paid Social), and potentially Programmatic (DV360/Display).

- Define clear KPIs, conversion goals, and performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV) aligned with overall business objectives.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform bidding strategies.

B. Campaign Management & Execution:

- Take full ownership of performance marketing accounts, managing large-scale budgets and ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels.

- Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from setup and creative tagging to launch, optimization, and measurement.

- Implement advanced bidding strategies (manual, automated, smart bidding) and budget pacing to maximize ROI.

- Drive continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

- Ensure full utilization and integrity of supporting platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other conversion tracking tools.

C. Analysis, Reporting & Optimization

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data daily, translating complex metrics into actionable insights.

- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management and relevant business stakeholders.

- Proactively identify underperforming areas and pivot strategies quickly to meet performance targets.

- Leverage proprietary and third-party campaign management platforms (e.g., SA360, DV360) for streamlined operations and advanced optimization (familiarity is a strong advantage).
