Description:
Hiring for #BidProposal Manager( #Salesforce).
Location: Hyderabad.
US Night shift, Work from office, notice Upto 1 month.
Minimum 8+yrs of experience required in Bid Proposal #Salesforce
- Within the Sales Operations function, the Bid Proposal team is focused on the process ownership, end-to-end management, and completion of high-value Request For Proposals. (RFP), Security and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and Vendor Onboarding Forms on behalf of our Sales team.
- The role will manage the completion of high-value and time-sensitive cases, by working with a range of cross-functional teams (including Sales, Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Financial Crimes teams) to ensure accurate turnaround of Sales-initiated cases.
This includes:
- Proactively managing Sales requests for Bid Proposal help (such as completing RFPs, Security Questionnaires) through Salesforce Cases, and subsequently project managing each request through to completion.
- Building new expertise to operate a third-party software tool, in order to import, manage, and track RFP and Security Questionnaire requests along with Strike partner teams.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders across multiple functional areas, and partnering across functions to achieve a shared goal.
- Identify and present best practices and process improvement opportunities to the Bid Proposal team.
Qualifications:
- Experience with RFP, Due Diligence and Security questionnaires.
- Salesforce Experience (Salesforce Case experience would be a big bonus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (role will require daily interaction with the Sales teams and various partner teams in order to complete requests).
- Strong prioritization and organization skills (role requires candidate to simultaneously self-manage, track, and report status updates on a number of time-sensitive requests, all at once).
