
We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Bid Manager / Solutions Architect to join our team, focusing on the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and a proven track record in managing complex RFP/RFI responses. This role is crucial for designing winning solution strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and driving new business acquisition through expert bid management and a deep understanding of pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid and Proposal Management: You'll manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, from conceptualizing the solution strategy and win themes to coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring the timely submission of proposals.
- Solution Design: You'll conceptualize and design tailored solutions that directly address client requirements, focusing on transformation approaches, and leveraging your expertise in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
- Strategic Collaboration: You'll work closely with sales teams to drive new business acquisition, and with various internal teams to gather the necessary information for a comprehensive and compelling proposal.
- Content and Market Intelligence: You will develop high-quality sales collateral, including capability decks and case studies. You will also stay ahead of market trends and industry dynamics using both open and paid research sources to improve the competitiveness of proposals.
Skills:
- Bid Management: Expertise in managing RFPs/RFIs, bid management, and the overall proposal development lifecycle.
- Solutioning: Proven ability to design and articulate complex solution strategies for a financial services audience.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management domains within the BPO industry.
- Pricing: Experience working with various pricing models, including Fixed Fee, Transaction Pricing, and Time & Materials (T&M).
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle large deals and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication & Tools: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word is essential.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
- Education: An MBA is mandatory.
