Bid Manager - IT/ICT Projects

- Working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder e-Governance and IT/ICT projects, including RFPs/Tenders in both India and international markets.

- Responding to multilateral funding agencies (World Bank / UNDP / ADB) or central government's strategically important tenders such as National ID/Integrated Tax Administration/Social Security Administration/Biometric identification or authentication systems etc)

- Firsthand experience with e-Procurement portals such as GeM, CPP, and worldbank, ADB, UNDP procurement platforms.

- Strong understanding of public procurement norms, documentation requirements, and compliance frameworks.

- Manage multiple high-value bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
