
- Bid Content Specialist - Document & Knowledge Manager for our team in Pune/Bengaluru with a hybrid work model.
- This role is ideal for those with a flair for content management, proposal writing, and knowledge organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the Bid/Knowledge Library using tools like RFPIO or SharePoint.
- Creating, editing, and updating proposal content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to gather and organize key business information.
- Ensuring high-quality, engaging, and compliant bid documents.
- Tracking and analyzing content performance to continuously improve quality and usability.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in Bid Management, Knowledge Management, or Content Writing.
- Strong command of English writing and editing.
- Experience with CMS tools (SharePoint, WordPress, RFPIO, etc.
- Exposure to insurance, BFSI, consulting, or IT services is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
