Process Responsibilities : - Work with Business stake-holders and hiring managers to ensure man power planning and forecasting as per business pipeline and actual requisitions. - Provide strategic inputs to business leaders as their talent consultant to build the future state of the organization and incorporate business workforce needs into operational hiring plans effectively - Responsible for executing SOP's for all departments ,Annual HR Budgets - Designing the Compensation and benefits package and or structure for employees - Vendor empanelment and ensuring tracking and monitoring Vendor performance - Design engagement activities as per the needs of the business. - Talent Management: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management Process, career and succession planning, L&D, Leadership and HIPO Development, Retention Process and Separation Process, Engagement Strategies. R&R Strategy and Execution - Managing HR Matrices People Management Responsibilities : - Ensuring Performance evaluation and timely feedback of the team members - Effective Delegation of responsibilities as part of grooming. - Creating a culture of Meritocracy amongst team members - Retention of High Performers. - Responsible for driving strong learning opportunities for employees - Creating learning opportunities for employees - Ensure that employee grievances are resolved in a timely manner. Financial Responsibilities : - Can independently decide on activities constituting up to 65% of Annual Employee engagement budget.
