Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closure.
- Win new business by identifying potential clients and building customized entry strategies.
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships and demonstrate strong multi-level engagement.
- Design and deliver tailored proposals and presentations with strong storytelling ability.
- Drive consultative, insight-led conversations, using Challenger Sales methodology (teach-tailor-take control).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with solutioning, marketing, creative, and operations teams.
- Stay abreast of industry and competitive trends to offer out-of-the-box client solutions.
- Influence through thought leadership-present at forums, contribute to strategic discussions, and share insights.
- Leverage account-based marketing strategies for high-value prospects.
- Actively monitor the opportunity pipeline using SFDC (Salesforce CRM) and manage reporting metrics.
- Participate in RFP/RFQ responses and coordinate across functions to deliver winning bids.
- If applicable, bring experience in working with bidding portals like ARIBA and public procurement tools.
- Engage with the influencer ecosystem (esp. in sectors like building material, construction, etc.) to broaden reach.
