Role : Manager - Channel Partner Relationship(Real Estate) Interview Process : Applicant questionnaire &gt; Assessment &gt; Case Studies &gt; Face to Face Rounds &gt; HR Round Role Summary : Sales is the most critical function of BHIVE. You would be accountable and responsible for consistently increasing gross margin through the generation of new business. This is done through acquiring new clients. You are required to be tenacious in prospecting and closing on new opportunities that strategically align with the overall sales strategy of BHIVE. Key Deliverables : - Establish long lasting relationships with real estate partners which includes international and domestic property consultants. - Keep channel partners abreast with latest offerings, inventory, brokerage structure and payout timelines. - Maximize sales pipeline with channel partners on lead generation, cross-functional collaboration with sales team. - Assist sales team in lead mapping and any assistance required between Channel partners and sales team - Managing deals flowing through the broker partners and intervene wherever required to ensure closure of deals. - Regularly update brokers/channel partners on new property acquisition, available inventory. - Ensure broker meetups with AVP, VP sales on a weekly basis fostering better relationships. - Schedule regular meetups with channel partners. - Keep track of deal flow from start to end to ensure zero loss of any communication. - Ensure timely channel partner payouts as per agreed deal structure - Ensure agreements are signed with channel partners. Key Competencies and skills: - Master's/MBA Graduate(Preferable, not mandatory for right candidate) - 3-5 years of work experience in commercial real estate leasing. Preference to those with experience of working in IPC's. - Experienced in relationship management and Key account management. - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle complex and critical discussions between multiple parties. - Someone who does not mind hustling and can run the mile. - Someone who can work independently and take decisions aimed at business growth and continuity. - Brownie points for having worked in a similar role in the coworking/managed office space sector.
