We're hiring a data-driven, energetic Senior Manager - Growth & Marketing Experience who can lead end-to-end customer acquisition and engagement across both digital and offline channels.
If you understand performance marketing, live brand experiences, CRM, and GTM strategy, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including email, WhatsApp, CRM journeys, and campaign execution.
- Oversee ATL/BTL marketing, branding activations, events, and community programs.
- Plan and execute GTM for new product launches across BHIVE's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the content team for campaigns and with market research for audience insights.
- Set up reporting dashboards and work closely with MarTech/CRM tools to scale campaigns.
- Bring BHIVE's lifestyle-led workspace experience to life through engaging, multitouch campaigns.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years in growth marketing, GTM, performance, or event marketing.
- MBA (mandatory) from a reputed institute.
- Experience in managing teams is mandatory.
- Proven experience in digital + offline marketing execution.
- Strong data mindset with working knowledge of HubSpot/Zoho or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and agencies across channels.
