BHIVE - Investment Manager

We are a leading firm specializing in real estate investments, providing unique opportunities to institutional investors, HNIs, and financial institutions. We focus on delivering value and strategic growth through a diversified portfolio. We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our team and play a key role in the lifecycle management of investments.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Management

- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of investors in the portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of investment strategies and alignment with business goals.

Fundraising Support

- Prepare materials, including detailed documents and analysis, to support fundraising efforts.

- Interact directly with various investors including HNIs, institutional investors, banks, and NBFCs to build and maintain strong relationships.

Documentation & Compliance

- Handle the documentation and compliance processes for fundraising, utilizing instruments such as asset leasing, debentures, and equity.

- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during fundraising and transaction processes.

Research & Strategy

- Provide analytical and strategic insights to the investment team regarding the existing portfolio and market opportunities.

- Support the team with data-driven recommendations and in-depth market research to guide investment decisions.

Ad-hoc Support

- Provide operational and administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

Experience: 4-6 years in wealth management, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.

Skills:

- Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

- Ability to manage documentation and compliance processes effectively.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with confidence in interacting with investors and stakeholders.
