Job Description: Senior Human Resources Specialist (Individual Contributor)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required: 5 to 6 Years

Education Qualification: PG/MBA in HR (Mandatory)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Specialist who will work as an individual contributor to manage end-to-end HR operations.

The candidate should have a strong background in core HR functions and be capable of independently handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- End-to-end recruitment cycle management (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

- Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Maintaining employee records, HRMS data, and documentation.

- Managing employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.

- Handling attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

- Driving employee engagement activities to ensure motivation and retention.

- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and resolution.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

- Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

- Supporting HR audits and policy implementation.

Performance Management:

- Assisting in appraisal cycles and employee performance tracking.

- Ensuring timely feedback and performance discussions are conducted.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.

- Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- PG/MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).

- 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.

- Prior exposure to working in SME/Corporate setups as an individual contributor.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Local candidate from Jaipur, Rajasthan preferred
