Manager - CSS (Accounts Payable - Finance)  Job Description:  - To ensure all invoices received at HO comply with defined checklists   - To ensure 100% FTR compliance for all verified invoices   - To coordinate with users to get all verified & initiated invoices to be approved from user within stipulated time lines   - Submission of approved invoices to AP for payment processing as per TAT   - Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS needs to be prepared and circulated to all stake holders as per specified timelines   - Hold Invoices Resolution with respective stakeholders within specified TAT   - Coordinating with circle VHD team with regard to invoice dispatch to HO,courier form updation etc   - To create priorities for critical vendor payment as per the Mgmt requirement   - Recruitment, training and development of VHD associates   - Internal reviews with CSS Head, Finance Team  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Ensuring adherence to the invoice processing checklist.   - Ensuring 100% FTR   - Active engagement with the team members and stake holders to resolve the daily issues.   - Monitoring performance of team as per the identified SLAs/KPIs and timelines.   - Process adherence   - Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills.   - Excellent Time management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.   - Fast comprehension & Good communication skills.   - Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.   - Flexibility and stress resistance.   - Good People management skills   - Must have working experience in Oracle 11i (AP Module)  Bharti Infratel's core mission is in line with the Bharti Group's philosophy of building businesses which positively impact the society we live in.
