Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in US staffing and recruitment sales. The role demands a leader who can drive strategic client acquisition, executive-level relationship management, and business growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for revenue generation, client portfolio expansion, and collaboration with recruitment delivery teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Planning:

- Define and execute business development strategies to expand client portfolio across direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.

- Develop sector-specific growth plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership for informed decision-making.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify and secure partnerships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaboration & Delivery Oversight:

- Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent solutions.

- Provide strategic direction to recruiters based on market trends and client hiring priorities.

- Act as the escalation point for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and client retention.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Advantage:

- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving staffing needs in the US market.

- Identify new service offerings, sectors, or business models to enhance market positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of proven business development experience in the US staffing industry.

- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.

- Strong understanding of US staffing ecosystem, MSP/VMS partnerships, and compliance frameworks.

- Established network of senior decision-makers within the staffing/recruitment ecosystem.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.
