Manager - Actuarial Valuation

Main Purpose of the Job: Managing monthly and annual statutory valuation and solvency reporting

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyzing the valuation data in terms of its accuracy and completeness

- Cater to MPF requirement of Modelling/ other teams and Monthly MPF release

- Perform reasonability checks on the output from Actuarial systems

- Cashflow testing and analysis, including providing relevant insight to Valuation head and Appointed Actuary basis trend analysis

- Building parallel models/UAT for testing accuracy of Prophet output, regression of results & documentation

- Preparation and Reporting of annual valuation reports to regulator along with any other adhoc requirements

- Provide need-based MIS/analysis for Corporate office

Qualification:

- Relevant experience of 3 - 7 years with at least 10 actuarial papers (old basis) passed

- Strong technical skills and understanding of key aspects of actuarial, cashflows and profit disciplines

- Proficient in Excel and good working knowledge of DCS, SQL and Prophet

- Strong analytical and communication skills
