Qualification & Experience
- Post Graduate Degree / MBA - Preferred Premiere B School.
- 10+ years of experience with exposure and understanding in managing Banking & Key Accounts.
Skills & know-how
- Experience in institutional sales, business development, sales development, Traditional trade. Banking, Key Accounts, Fin Tech, Payment Solutions & Account Management
- Strong leadership skills which include people management skills to drive a large sales system
- Must have experience of the strategic planning, business plan delivery and full P&L in current / previous positions
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills and are able to build a rapport with clients quickly.
