Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager from the Cement Industry to lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations. The role requires strong expertise in process optimization, quality control, team management, and achieving production efficiency while ensuring safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage production operations to achieve plant targets for clinker and cement output.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely achievement of goals.

- Implement process optimization and cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, minimizing process deviations and wastage.

- Oversee equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive actions.

- Manage and mentor production teams, ensuring skill development and high-performance culture.

- Collaborate with departments like Mines, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, and Dispatch for smooth workflow.

- Enforce strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

- Drive energy efficiency initiatives and contribute to plant sustainability programs.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.

- 15 to 16 years of experience in cement manufacturing operations (kiln, raw mill, and cement mill areas).

- Proven expertise in process optimization, production planning, and cost control.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and modern production tools.

- Familiarity with ISO, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices preferred.
