Product Manager - Insurance Bank

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead Product Management initiatives in Bancassurance, General & Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will bring end-to-end experience across insurance companies and banking distributors, with a proven track record in topline growth, product innovation, and strategic partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management & Development:

- Design, launch, and manage insurance products and processes for Bancassurance channels.

- Drive product profitability through effective product mix strategies and pricing initiatives.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

- Achieve topline and fee income targets through branch activation, resource engagement, and strategic campaigns.

- Conceptualize and execute lead-based programs to drive new business opportunities.

Partner & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with insurance partners, negotiate contracts, and drive incremental revenue opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Operations) for seamless product launches and process improvements.

- Implement persistency and retention programs to enhance business sustainability.

- Identify white spaces and launch new products for emerging customer segments (e.g., HNI, Wealth).

Data Analytics & Planning:

- Analyze product performance metrics, conduct market research, and implement strategic levers for growth.

- Prepare budgeting and business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
