Description:
Qualification: B. Sc + MBA or B. Pharm + MBA
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Purpose of the role:
- The candidate shall be responsible for creating marketing mix, design and implementation of successful marketing strategies.
- The incumbent will also develop and execute HCP and Consumer communication strategy to position and differentiate the portfolio amidst market dynamics.
- The incumbent will also work on the omnichannel marketing strategies for the portfolio whilst liasioning with key stakeholders from various functions.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities::
- Development/ Usage of communication strategy tools
- Explore/ Identify potential market segments new frontiers
- Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc
- Collecting observations and brand insights through customer visits
- Review on effectiveness of strategies, tools etc
- Feedback from internal customers ( line managers etc.)
- Interaction with sales colleagues (phone calls, personal interaction, meetings etc)
- Travel to locations to oversee implementation of marketing programs
- Promotion Plans and Communication Strategies
