Bharat Natural is a fast-growing sports infrastructure firm dedicated to building world-class sporting facilities across India. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a capable and driven Manager - Accounts to lead our finance and accounts operations.

Role Overview:

As Manager - Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounting lifecycle and financial reporting (MIS) of the company. This is a critical role with ownership of financial discipline, statutory compliance, and actionable insights through financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end closings.

- Prepare financial MIS reports for management, enabling informed decision-making on business performance and strategy.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements - GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.

- Coordinate and manage audits - statutory, internal, and tax.

- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and financial institutions.

- Develop and implement internal controls, accounting systems, and processes for efficiency and transparency.

- Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and flag risks or anomalies.

- Support the leadership team with data-driven inputs for growth planning and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. CA preferred.

- Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a growing business or startup environment.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

- Experience with Tally

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
