About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design, interiors, and building a scalable business from the ground up? We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-founder to join an exciting new startup in the flooring and designer tiles space. The idea is rooted in bringing exclusive, customized, and designer floor and wall tiles to life-across B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and Export channels.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between style-conscious consumers, architects, builders, and global tile trends-by offering differentiated, high-quality, and bespoke tile solutions from India.

What's the Vision?

Curate and create exclusive designer tiles with a focus on customization, design innovation, and sustainability. Build an omnichannel presence - starting with B2B & e-commerce and expanding into retail and export markets. Tap into the increasing demand for premium and personalized home decor solutions, both in India and abroad.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a like-minded co-founder with:

- Startup mindset - self-starter, agile, resilient, and committed to long-term value creation

- Background in strategy, business development, marketing, or operations (Experience in building materials / tiles / home decor / e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory)

- Ability to hustle, build, and execute - from supply chain setup to branding to customer acquisition

- Strong interest in design, interiors, or architecture will be a strong differentiator

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
