Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Ayurveda, FMCG, or D2C brands, with a proven track record of driving ROI-driven digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create performance-oriented funnels for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Remarketing & Custom Audiences.
2. Budget & Performance Management
- Allocate and manage monthly budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC & CPL.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet growth targets.
- Run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
3. Creative & Content Coordination
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and video creatives.
- Suggest data-backed creative improvements and new campaign angles.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager & other analytical tools.
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting insights, wins, and improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion journeys.
5. Market & Competitor Research
- Study competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
- Experience managing budgets ranging from mid to high scale.
- Ability to manage e-commerce campaigns (Shopify/Website-based).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup & tracking tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with Ayurveda, FMCG, health & wellness, or D2C brands.
- Understanding of consumer behavior for natural/health product categories.
- Experience with marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart) is a bonus.
