Assistant Manager / Manager - Executive Support to ROS President Office

Department: Presidents Office / Strategy & Business Operations

Reports To: ROS President (via Chief of Staff / Head - President Office)

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years

Education: MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-Schools (IIMs, Masters' Union, etc.)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-caliber, analytically driven professional to serve as a strategic support partner to the ROS President Office. This hybrid role blends executive coordination with deep business analytics, market intelligence, and performance reporting responsibilities in the Pharmaceutical, Biologics, and Vaccines domain. The position demands strong IQVIA data analytics skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex insights into clear executive presentations and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Task Coordination:

- Act as a trusted extension of the ROS Presidents office managing priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-ups across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and cross-functional teams.

- Coordinate high-priority tasks, projects, and leadership reviews; prepare briefing notes, action trackers, and status updates.

- Support meeting logistics, agenda preparation, minutes, and cascading of decisions for President Office reviews.

Market Analysis & Pharma Intelligence:

- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and trend analysis specific to Pharma, Biologics, and Vaccines segments.

- Monitor regulatory developments, tender dynamics, pricing changes, and competitive moves impacting the portfolio.

- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the complete Pharma & Vaccines value chain (R&D to patient access).

Sales, Distribution & Syndicated Data Analytics:

- Analyze and interpret Sales & Distribution performance data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and risks.

- Leverage IQVIA syndicated databases (MIDAS, DDD, Xponent, NSP, etc.) to perform deep-dive analytics on sales trends, market share, regional/territory performance, competitive intelligence, and distribution dynamics.

- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and automated MIS reports for leadership consumption.

Management Reporting, Presentations & Business Reviews:

- Prepare high-quality, data-driven presentations and MIS packs for monthly/quarterly management reviews and President Office meetings.

- Support Business Viability Reviews including review of financial decks, performance tracking, scenario modeling, investment cases, and strategic recommendations backed by business/financial analysis.

- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling stories for C-level and senior leadership audiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Business Analytics roles within the Pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to data analytics and syndicated sources. Prior experience in Vaccines or Biologics is welcome and will be an added advantage, but not mandatory. Business analytics, IQVIA data interpretation, and financial/business analysis skills remain core requirements.

- Strong hands-on experience with IQVIA data analytics including MIDAS, DDD, Xponent, and other syndicated sources for sales performance tracking, market share analysis, and competitive benchmarking in Pharma.

- Good understanding of the Pharmaceutical value chain (distribution models, tender processes, go-to-market dynamics). Familiarity with Vaccines or Biologics value chain is desirable but not essential.

- Proven track record of preparing executive-level MIS reports, business reviews, and high-impact presentations.

- Ability to quickly learn and internalize company-specific operations, industry nuances, and business context to prepare meaningful, insight-driven MIS decks rather than purely mechanical reporting.

- Strong ability to understand financial decks, financial statements, and models; skilled in conducting structured business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling) and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

- Proficiency with AI agents and tools for analytics, business intelligence, data processing, and productivity enhancement in spreadsheets & MS Office (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools integrated with Excel/PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.

- Strong project coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities in a matrix environment.

- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations; willing to go the extra mile and put in additional hours when required to deliver quality outcomes.

- Exposure to organisational budgeting processes and financial planning cycles is desirable.

- Comfortable operating in a matrixed organisation; maintains a low profile while demonstrating the ability to cogently debate viewpoints and take initiative under guidance.

Education Requirement:

- MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree from Tier-1 or Tier-2 business schools (IIMs including newer campuses, Masters' Union, and other reputed B-schools).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or Presidents / Chairmans office.

- Specific exposure to Vaccines portfolio or Biologics business.

- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce/Veeva), ERP systems, and advanced analytics platforms.

- Experience in Business Viability / Strategic Finance reviews or investment case preparation.

What We Offer:

- High-visibility role with direct exposure to top leadership and strategic decision-making.

- Opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial operations, analytics, and executive strategy in a leading pharma/vaccines organization.

- Competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Fast-tracked career growth opportunities within the broader organization.

ROS is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
