The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives for the Drives & Automation Division. The role is responsible for strengthening the divisions brand presence, driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Vertical Managers, Application Teams, and Corporate Communications to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, sales targets, and brand positioning.
- Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple digital channels.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide digital marketing team members (if applicable) to ensure timely and impactful execution.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive quality lead generation through multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, webinars, portals, and paid promotions).
- Establish and monitor lead conversion KPIs, ensuring smooth transition and follow-up with the Sales team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion ratios and ROI.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Oversee customer segmentation, profiling, and engagement using CRM (SAP).
- Ensure regular updates of customer data, campaign tagging, and response tracking.
- Monitor customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Leverage AI and automation tools for campaign optimization and personalization.
- Lead development of high-quality content (blogs, social posts, success stories, newsletters, videos, product showcases).
- Run targeted email/WhatsApp campaigns to prospects and existing customers.
- Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, followers, click-through rates).
Brand Building & Corporate Communication
- Collaborate with Vertical Managers and Corporate Communication to drive brand-building initiatives such as webinars, exhibitions, seminars, and product launches.
