About the Founder & CEO Neelakantha Bhanu:

Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world's fastest human calculator and Indias mental math Olympic Gold Medalist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr.Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same direction. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a headstart Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and manage our sales operations in international markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, extensive experience in the US market, and a deep understanding of sales processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing continuous coaching and day-to-day guidance to achieve departmental and company objectives.

- Set and monitor clear, measurable sales targets for the team and individual representatives.

- Ensure all team activities and performance metrics are aligned with company goals and vision.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client accounts.

- Meet and exceed personal and team revenue targets.

- Maintain meticulous client information and sales activity data within the CRM database.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, including Marketing and Product Development.

- Ensure brand consistency and alignment in all external communications and strategies.

- Collaborate to provide customer feedback and insights to inform product and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Education:


- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.


Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales or business development.

- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team and consistently achieving targets.

- Demonstrated expertise in sales within the US market is mandatory.


Skills:

- Hands-on proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- A high degree of resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.


Other:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Commitment to a six-day work week.
