Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manager Funnels to own the end-to-end lead to enrollment funnel across channels. This role will be responsible for improving funnel conversion, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing-sales alignment to drive efficient growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strong with analytics and numbers, comfortable working across marketing, sales, and tech, and able to move fast with strong ownership in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lead to enrollment funnel across multiple channels and geographies, and drive key funnel metrics across every stage
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis, consumer research, and customer call audits to improve conversion and user experience
- Lead GTM initiatives with a strong product orientation and a clear understanding of product and growth funnels
- Build and improve lead nurturing, lead scoring, and funnel infrastructure
- Drive AI adoption and implementation across the funnel to improve scalability, efficiency, and decision-making
What Were Looking For
- 36 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, revenue operations, or funnel optimization
- Strong consumer research and analytical mindset, with comfort working with data, dashboards, and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights
- Strong product orientation with the ability to think in terms of product and growth funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion and funnel efficiency
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and tech
- Prior experience in high-growth, lead-gen driven businesses is preferred
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
